Thank you lot for reaching out. I see you are having a very hard fourth dimension with the NHL Television receiver app, and even went every bit far equally to contacting NHL TV support. Unfortunately, there is very trivial troubleshooting when information technology comes to streaming apps, but since you are getting a vague connection mistake, endeavour running a connexion examination by doing the post-obit:
- Press the Xbox push button to open up the guide.
- Select Settings.
- Select All Settings.
- Select Network.
- Select Network settings. Whatsoever known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
- On the right side of the Network settings screen, select Examination multiplayer connection.

Just tried that and my connection is all good. Opened app over again and getting the connexion error. This has to be related to the app, surely?

This may exist on the dev side if it happened after an update. Perhaps a bug in the update to the app.

Most likely but NHL TV support are saying cipher is wrong when clearly there is.

I'k having the same result too.
I've checked the connectedness via settings.
The connectedness works fine for all the other games and apps.
I've reinstalled the app.
This is problem with the app and it'due south non acceptable that it'southward been impossible to use for several days.

A few of us have tried contacting the NHL, but take had no response (and I doubtable it'south a third party developer anyway).
And should information technology really come down to users having to dig out details of a software developer to get this fixed?

I've been tweeting @NHLTVSupport initially to get assist. I've asked them to wait at this thread, to prove the point that it'due south multiple people getting the issue. I've yet to get a answer to admit they take. Other means are:
